Born: 8/20/31 in Dexter, NY

Education: BS (57), MS (58), PhD (61) all from Purdue University. Major areas Electrical Engineering, control systems, radar, mathematical methods.

Experience: USAF 1949-1952; GE technician and radar instructor 1952-1954; Instructor, Purdue Univ. 1957-1960; GE senior engineer 1961-1964; Professorat Syracuse Univ. 1964-1995; Chairman of Electrical and Computer Engineering Dept., Syracuse Univ., 1978-1982; Associate to Dean of Engineering, Syracuse Univ., 1982-1983;Associate Editor with Charles Allmon, Growth Stock Outlook, 1972-1974; Emeritus Prof. Syracuse Univ. 1995-present; Consultant to many companies over the years.

Publications: Editor and publisher of "A Guide to Investing for Growth and Income" (a monthly web based investment advisory service--in essence a "newsletter on the web") 1990-present; author of "Fundamentals of Investing for Growth and Income", SCEEE Press, St. Cloud, FL, 1997; author of approximately 150 technical papers and reports on various aspects of engineering and mathematical methods emphasizing control systems technology and estimation theory.
